Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering residential developments from inception through to final handover?

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager to join a growing organisation specialising in modern methods of construction. You will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of housing developments, overseeing multiple sites concurrently (typically 3 sites within one region), initially focused around the Hull area.
You will be accountable for managing projects from groundworks through to final handover, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and finish. This role requires strong leadership across site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, with a clear focus on programme, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle project management from pre-construction through to final handover
Overseeing and coordinating multiple live sites within a single region
Managing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
Driving quality standards and ensuring high levels of finish across all developments
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholdersWe would welcome applications from Project Managers who:
Have demonstrable experience delivering housing projects end-to-end (groundworks to handover)
Have experience managing multiple sites/projects simultaneously (ideally 3+ sites within one region)
Come from a main contracting or residential development background
Have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Hold relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid – desirable)
Are flexible to travel as requiredExperience in new build housing is preferred but not essential. Exposure to timber frame, SIPS, or offsite/MMC construction methods would be highly advantageous.
