Roofing Supervisor

Job Title: Re-Roofing Supervisor
Location: Runnymede and surrounding areas
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Re-Roofing Supervisor to oversee roofing projects across Runnymede and nearby areas. This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated individual with strong roofing knowledge and supervisory experience, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day operations on re-roofing projects (pitched and flat roofs)

* Lead and coordinate roofing operatives and subcontractors on site

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company procedures

* Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality standards

* Support project planning, scheduling, and material coordination

* Conduct regular site inspections and deliver toolbox talks

* Report progress, risks, and issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager

* Ensure effective use of materials, tools, and equipment

* Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Requirements:

* Proven experience within roofing, particularly re-roofing projects

* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role

* Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and methods

* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification

* Valid CSCS card

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines

* Full UK driving licence
