The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading UK construction and interiors specialist, recognised for delivering high-quality projects within complex, highly regulated environments. With expertise spanning commercial construction, specialist fit-out, and refurbishment, the business has built a strong reputation for safety, collaboration, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

As part of their continued growth and secured pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong fit-out background to lead delivery on a major project at Hinkley Point C.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading end-to-end project delivery within a live, highly regulated environment

* Managing programme, cost control, and risk mitigation

* Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders

* Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

* Driving quality assurance across all fit-out and interior works

* Providing regular reporting and maintaining strong client relationships

* Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively

About You

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit-out / interiors

* Experience delivering projects in regulated sectors (e.g. nuclear, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or similar) is highly advantageous

* Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to operate effectively in complex, safety-critical environments

* Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid; PRINCE2 or equivalent desirable)
