Excellent opportunity to join a nationwide leading FM business, in a Project Management role where you'll be working on multi-million-pound M&E projects, on a renowned state-of-the-art NHS site.

They are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager at their Manchester NHS managed site to lead multi-million-pound FM projects.

In this role, you'll be overseeing the delivery of M&E projects at a large NHS site in Manchester, from conception through to completion – including – pre-construction, scheduling, planning, procurement, delivery through to handover.

This is a great chance to step into an autonomous position working for a leading FM business, on a highly prestigious NHS contract, where you'll run interesting FM projects from cradle to grave.

THE ROLE:
*Managing all aspects of M&E FM Projects
*Attending client meetings re. planning, pre-starts, progress and completion of projects
*Project planning, resource management, H&S compliance, budget/time management
*Management through to handover
*Based in Manchester

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Project Management role
*Experience working with NHS projects
*Experience working with NEC/JCT Contracts
*Tendering projects from inception to completion
