Quantity Surveyor

Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bridgend. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of housing projects, including new build developments, refurbishments and ongoing maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of cost control from project inception through to completion

* Prepare and evaluate tender submissions and contract documentation

* Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management

* Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

* Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements

* Work closely with site teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in housing (new build and/or maintenance)

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
