Quantity Surveyor

A Cost and Project Management consultancy in Hertfordshire are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Cost Management team.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working within a close-knit QS team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of commercial projects including retail and unit fit outs, some new build, cut & curve, and roll outs.

Alongside retail, the Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to office, airport, and petrol station projects – all ideal for your APC diary.

There is also the opportunity for the new Quantity Surveyor to get involved in Project Management.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a BSc or MSc, RICS accredited degree (ideally Quantity Surveying)
3+ years quantity surveying experience
Experience within a cost consultancy / cost management practice
Hard working, professional, well spoken
Team focused
Good pre and post contract experienceIn Return?

£40,000 – £50,000
