Groundworks Supervisor – Immediate Start – Kent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor for an immediate start on projects across Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who can lead from the front, manage site teams effectively, and ensure all works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Supervising groundworks gangs on site

*

Allocating daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met

*

Delivering toolbox talks and maintaining strong communication with site teams

*

Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times

*

Coordinating with site management and reporting progress

*

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site organisation

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Solid understanding of health & safety regulations

*

Ability to manage multiple gangs and keep projects on schedule

*

Relevant tickets/certifications (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
