Quantity Surveyor
A rapidly expanding, London based Construction Consultancy are adding to their QS team by appointing a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
Joining a modern, open planned office with a supportive team culture, the successful Quantity Surveyor will begin by carrying out post contract work such as cost reports and monthly valuations.
After settling in, the successful Quantity Surveyor will take on greater responsibility including pre contract tasks such as procurement and cost planning – all supported by a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director.
Project wise, you'll primarily be working across a variety of residential focused projects including private residential, hotels, student accommodation, and later-living schemes – valuing between £30m-£100m.
The Quantity Surveyor
MRICS or working towards achieving
Completed a Construction / RICS accredited degree
PQS or Main Contractor background
3+ years post degree, Quantity Surveying experience
Pre and post contract knowledge
Ideally worked within the residential sector

£45,000 – £60,000
