An Associate Building Surveyor role based in West End London offering £70,000 – £82,000 plus a market leading bonus on a Permanent, Full-time basis. This opportunity sits within a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering commercial real estate services with a strong project bias.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver project-focused building surveying instructions (60-70% project work)

* Manage contract administration and refurbishment schemes

* Undertake technical due diligence and professional instructions

* Advise on dilapidations, party walls and maintenance strategies

* Maintain client relationships and oversee multiple instructions

✅ Requirements

* MRICS qualified

* RICS accredited degree

* Experience at Associate level or equivalent responsibility

* Strong commercial sector background

* Broad technical exposure across project and professional services

💰 Salary & Package

* £70,000 – £82,000 base salary

* Profit share bonus scheme (15% over target)
