Senior Cost Engineer
A London‑based PMO specialist is seeking three Senior Cost Engineers to join a rapidly expanding team supporting major civil engineering programmes across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and control across a range of large-scale civil engineering projects
Provide accurate and timely cost advice to support project decision-making processes
Develop and maintain comprehensive project cost reports and forecasts
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of cost management with overall project objectives
Conduct risk and value management assessments to optimise project efficiency
Implement and monitor cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee and manage subcontractor costs and ensure effective financial control
Prepare detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules
Job Requirements:
Experience in cost engineering within large, complex civil engineering projects
Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control principles
Proficiency in cost management software and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Flexibility to work away for a couple of days when required
Relevant degree or professional qualification in cost engineering or a related field
