Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in retrofit / refurbishment projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the largest Property Services Contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for an experienced Contracts Manager in kitchens and bathroom projects to join them on a permanent basis. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all works being conducted on site, ensuring efficiency & quality.

What are we looking for?

* Proven track record of leading projects as a Site Manager in kitchen and bathroom replacements

* Valid SMSTS

* Knowledge of working in occupied properties. (preferably, social housing)

* First Aid at Work

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple social housing refurbishment contracts (kitchens & bathrooms)
• Oversee projects from pre-start through to completion
• Ensure delivery against programme, budget and quality targets
• Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders
• Monitor and control costs, variations and contract performance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement across projects and teams
