Assistant Site Manager

I'm working with a volume housebuilder who is looking to appoint a freelance Assistant Site Manager on a brand new scheme in Oxfordshire.

Details of the role are as follows:

Assistant Site Manager
Oxfordshire
Immediate start
1 month contract with possible extension
£250 per day CISThe scheme

Brand new development
50 units – mix of traditional build houses and apartments
Currently progressing towards a July show home launchWho we need

Assistant Site Manager with at least 5 years experience in volume housebuilding
Strong on internals
Able to support the Site Manager and step up to "hold the fort" when needed
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentQualifications/Availability/Rate

CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid ideally
Available to start immediately
