Quantity Surveyor

A global quantity surveying consultancy are seeking a presentable and professional Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining a team of circa 40, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of refurbishment and new build projects including the refurbishment and re-purposing of university buildings. On the residential side it will include a mix of high-end towers and work for the local authorities.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post contract tasks on the larger, more complex schemes, whilst also having your own smaller projects to run day-to-day.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a construction / RICS accredited degree
Working towards MRICS
Pre and post contract knowledge
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy
Education or Residential project experience would be idealIn Return?

£45,000 – £55,000
