Vacancy: M&E Quantity Surveyor

Hours: full time or part time/flexible

Times negotiable

Contract: C12 months (could also be permanent for QS based in Kent)

This role is open to candidates wishing to work full or part time, employed or self-employed.

PLEASE NOTE

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF WORKING FOR A M&E COMPANY (SUB-CONTRACTOR). THIS IS AN ESSENITAL REQUIREMENT.

Outline of Role

To review original drawings v’s what’s been installed, find and log all changes to allow for accurate billing to take place – to work for the next c12 months on a project in Green Park

* Providing comprehensive financial and surveying related information as required by Management/Directors, including reports.

* Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.

* Measuring the works for interim valuations and final account purposes. Record of dimension/quantities to be taken

* Keep up to date with new technology and legislation as appropriate.

* Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required and/or requested by senior members of staff.
