Estimator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Drylining Estimator to join a well-established subcontractor specialising in drylining, partitions, and suspended ceilings. You will play a key role in the pre-construction team, pricing projects across commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors.
Responsibilities
* Preparing accurate cost estimates for drylining packages
* Measuring quantities from drawings (take-offs)
* Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
* Producing detailed and competitive tender submissions
* Attending pre-tender and post-tender meetings where required
* Working closely with the commercial and project teams
Experience
* Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator or similar role
* Strong knowledge of partitions, plasterboard systems, and suspended ceilings
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Good understanding of materials, labour costs, and installation methods
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
