Estimator

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Façade / Cladding Estimator to join a growing building envelope contractor based in Essex. You will be responsible for pricing façade packages across a range of commercial and residential projects.

Duties

* Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade and cladding packages

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents

* Measuring quantities from drawings (take-offs)

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations

* Producing detailed tender submissions

* Working closely with the pre-construction and commercial tea

Requirements

* Previous experience as an Estimator within façades, cladding, or building envelope

* Strong knowledge of rainscreen, curtain walling, or external envelope systems

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

* Good understanding of construction methods and materials

* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
