Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced project quantity surveyor to join a growing and reputable London based contractor working on design and build projects across multiple sectors, including commercial workplaces, science, technology, hospitality and education. Needs to have previous experience CAT A and CAT B commercial fit outs as this position is within the interiors team.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site, outlining frameworks and working through to completion and final accounts.
Managing Packages.
Site Meetings.Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

2 years' experience and understanding of interior fit out processes, particularly CAT A and CAT B.
Main or sub-contractor background.
Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.What we offer for Quantity Surveyor:

£60,000 – £75,000 salary package (dependent on experience).
