Job Title: HSE Advisor

Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to support our EFW new build project, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and advise on HSE performance: Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
– Ensure compliance: UK regulations (e.g., CDM 2015, HASAWA 1974), company policies
– Support project teams: Provide HSE guidance, training, and toolbox talks
– Incident management: Investigate incidents, report to authorities (e.g., HSE RIF1), and implement corrective actions
– Promote HSE culture: Encourage best practices, recognise good performance

Requirements:
– HSE qualification: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
– Construction experience: Preferably in EFW or similar sectors
– UK regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with CDM, HASAWA, etc.
– Communication skills: Able to engage with project teams and stakeholders
