Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on our EFW new build project, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage site activities: Coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards
– HSE oversight: Enforce site safety rules, conduct inspections, and report incidents
– Team leadership: Supervise operatives, provide guidance, and manage subcontractors
– Project coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
– Quality control: Monitor works, ensure compliance with specs and regulations

Requirements:
– Construction experience: Preferably in EFW or similar sectors (e.g., power, process)
– Supervisory experience: Proven track record leading teams
– UK regulations: Familiarity with CDM, HASAWA, etc.
– Communication skills: Able to engage with teams, clients, and stakeholders
