BIM Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join a globally recognised infrastructure company delivering a large sustainable energy project.

Our client is a leading international organisation operating across more than 40 countries, specialising in the development of major infrastructure that creates a positive environmental and social impact. We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality digital construction projects. Working closely with the Project Information Manager and BIM Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a robust digital framework and ensuring consistency, coordination, and data integrity across all project models.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Information Management Plan
Assist in enforcing model naming conventions, parameters, and asset data standards
Contribute to model quality assurance processes, including audits and reporting
Help develop and apply clash detection workflows and reporting templatesRequirements:

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and IFC workflows
Strong experience with Navisworks Manage and BIMcollab for coordination and issue tracking
