We’re currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential housing development in Redditch on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term position with a developer that has a strong pipeline of work across the Midlands.

🔨 The Role:
Working alongside the Site Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of site, ensuring plots are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
