About the Role
This is a high-seniority position requiring a blend of technical construction knowledge and sophisticated commercial management. You will be responsible for the "cradle-to-grave" delivery of major fit-out projects, often managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously while acting as the primary senior contact for the client.
Key roles and responsibilities include:

Project Leadership: Taking full ownership of large-scale D&B projects (typically £3m+), ensuring they are delivered to "Gold Standard" quality while hitting aggressive fast-track deadlines.

Contract Administration: Expertly managing JCT and bespoke contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met by all parties, protecting the business from risk.

Commercial Oversight: Working hand-in-hand with the commercial team to manage multi-million-pound budgets, ensuring maximum profitability through efficient procurement and rigorous variation tracking.

Supply Chain Management: Leveraging your industry network to appoint and manage high-tier subcontractors, ensuring they perform to the elite standards required by the firm.

Strategic Client Management: Navigating the complexities of blue-chip client relationships, providing high-level reporting, and managing stakeholder expectations at the board level.
