Project Manager – New Build Housing

Location: PE7, Peterbrough

Sector: New Build Housing (Timber Frame)

Contract:Freelance (around 3 months)

Start Date: ASAP!

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take control of a flagship new build housing site.

This is a busy, fast-paced timber frame site, so you’ll need to be confident stepping in, running the job, and keeping everything moving without being chased.

What you’ll be doing:

* Overseeing the full build on a live housing site

* Managing Site Managers and site teams day-to-day

* Driving the programme and keeping plots on track

* Ensuring standards, quality and H&S are maintained

* Dealing with NHBC and pushing plots through sign-off

* Keeping the site running smoothly at all times

What we need from you:

* Solid experience as a Project Manager within new build housing

* Timber frame experience is essential

* Experience running busy, high-volume sites

* Strong knowledge of NHBC and inspections

* Able to take ownership and run a job without hand holding
