Project Manager – Tier 2 | Flagship Scheme

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Tier 2 contractor delivering residential and commercial projects across South London and the Home Counties.

This Project Manager role sits within a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, built on repeat relationships and consistent delivery. The successful Project Manager will take ownership of a key scheme, playing a central role in its delivery.

The Role:

* Lead the project as the Project Manager from pre-construction through to completion

* Manage programme, quality, cost and client expectations as the lead Project Manager

* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

* Maintain and develop strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle

About You:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects £10M+

* Strong residential contracting experience (essential)

* Background as a Project Manager within refurbishment, cut & carve or major fit-out preferred

* Experience in commercial to residential conversion advantageous

* Alternatively, a Project Manager with strong new build residential experience will be considered

* Confident Project Manager with the ability to lead, influence and drive projects forward
