Site Manager – Boutique Design-Led Contractor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a boutique, design-led contractor delivering high-spec luxury homes across Surrey and the Home Counties.

This role would suit someone looking to step up from Assistant Site Manager level or in the early stages of their career as a Site Manager.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

Duties will include:

* Managing site operations as the lead Site Manager

* Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety

* Driving programme and ensuring deadlines are met

* Ensuring exceptional quality finishes in line with luxury residential standards

* Acting as a client-facing Site Manager, maintaining strong relationships on site

About You

* Experience working within residential construction (essential)

* Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

* Confident and professional when dealing with clients and stakeholders

* Background as an Assistant Site Manager or early-stage Site Manager

* Ambitious and looking to progress within a growing business
