A leading tier 1 main contractor are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to play an important part in delivering a major mix-use project in the Suffolk area. The project is set to delivery a residential led scheme with additional leisure and commercial aspects using multiple construction types up to 4 storeys in height.

They are looking for someone with either Design/ Technical Management experience or someone who is looking to transition into a Design Management role from an Architecture or engineering background. This is a site based role but the business is open to a flexible working option if required.

Requirements for the Design Manager role

Experience working in a Design Management or with a consultancy (Architecture or Engineering)
Experience working on projects from stage 3 onwards
Experience on new build projects (ideally) What's on offer for the Design Manager role
