Location: Warrington (Hybrid Working + Project Travel)
Salary: Up to £75,000 (Negotiable)

We are supporting a leading contractor delivering major NEC4 projects across power, energy, renewables, civils, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical sectors, who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor.

This is an opportunity to work on high-value, technically complex projects within long-term frameworks, offering strong career development and exposure across multiple sectors.

The Role:

* Commercial management of major projects under NEC4 contracts (core requirement)

* Working across a diverse portfolio including energy, infrastructure, and industrial schemes

* Involvement across the full project lifecycle

* Collaborating closely with project and operational teams

Requirements:

* Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor

* Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC4 essential)

* Background in infrastructure, energy, civils, or similar sectors preferred

* Ability to manage commercial aspects of complex projects
