Senior Commercial Manager

Following the award of several new projects, a leading infrastructure management company seeks to employ several Senior Commercial Managers to join their team in London.

These positions are permanent roles, working on prestigious projects within airports, rail, energy, and nuclear markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading commercial management activities on major projects valued at £100 million plus
Administering contracts, with strong proficiency in NEC and FIDIC
Managing and resolving contractual issues and commercial risks
Overseeing quantity surveying functions, ensuring accurate cost management and forecasting
Collaborating with project teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Preparing and negotiating claims, when necessary

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in quantity surveying and commercial management
Proficiency in contract administration, particularly with NEC; FIDIC experience is advantageous
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, ideally within the £100 million plus range
Experience in claims management is a bonus but not essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel as required
Relevant degree or professional qualification in quantity surveying or a related field
