Electrical Construction Manager

Electrical Construction Manager – Central London – £300M Commercial Office Fit-Out – 12 Month Contract – up to £400 per day (CIS/Ltd)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a flagship £300 million commercial office fit-out project located in the heart of London. This is a high-profile development offering the opportunity to work on a landmark scheme with a leading main contractor.

The Role

As Electrical Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of the electrical package from installation through to commissioning and handover. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the electrical package on site

Oversee and coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers

Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations

Drive health & safety compliance across all electrical activities

Review and manage technical submittals, drawings, and specifications

Liaise with the design team to resolve technical issues efficiently

Monitor progress, produce reports, and communicate updates to senior project stakeholders

Support commissioning, snagging, and final handover processes

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on large-scale commercial projects

Strong background in managing MEP/electrical packages on high-value developments

Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills

Solid understanding of current electrical regulations and industry standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong communication and coordination skills
