Project Manager Fit Out (Perm)

We are working with a well-established and growing contractor delivering high-quality interior and bespoke fit-out projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in woodwork and bespoke joinery projects.

This is a unique hybrid role offering a mix of regional and London-based project exposure.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will play a key role in coordinating site teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining client relationships.

Working Arrangement

* Monday & Friday: Based in Devon (office/site presence)

* Tuesday to Thursday: Managing projects across Central London

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end project management of interior / fit-out projects

* Coordination of site teams and subcontractors

* Programme management and reporting

* Budget control and cost tracking

* Client liaison and stakeholder management

* Ensuring H&S and quality standards are met

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out

* Strong background in woodwork, joinery, or bespoke interiors

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Willingness to travel weekly between Devon and London
