Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Harrow
Job Type: Freelance
Rate: £250 – £270 per day
Contract Length: 3 Months

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project based in Harrow on a freelance basis. This is a 3-month contract offering a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently

* Investigate the cause of an existing water leak within the structure

* Produce a detailed report outlining findings and recommended actions

* Coordinate and oversee remedial works to resolve the issue

* Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with regulations

* Maintain site records, reports, and compliance documentation

* Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders

Project Scope:
The initial phase of the project will focus on identifying the root cause of a water ingress issue and delivering a comprehensive report. Following this, the successful candidate will oversee the necessary remedial works to ensure the structure is fully watertight.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction

* Strong knowledge of building structures and water ingress issues

* Ability to manage investigations and produce clear, detailed reports

* SMSTS (or equivalent)

* CSCS Card

* First Aid (preferred)

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
