Helpdesk Manager
Location: London (with travel to various London-based sites)

We are currently recruiting a customer orientated Helpdesk Manager to lead a team in a well-established London-based FM organisation. This role is focused on overseeing busy helpdesk operations, ensuring high levels of service delivery, and acting as a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams. You will lead from the front, managing performance, driving service improvements and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires regular travel across multiple London locations, so flexibility and the ability to manage a varied workload are essential. You’ll be confident leading teams in a fast-paced environment, proactive in solving problems, and committed to always delivering an excellent customer experience.
