They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground-running for their team in their Manchester studio.

Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit
Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentationsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
CIAT registered or working towards chartership
Experience managing projects across various sectors
Experience working on projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards
Job running experience
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
