Quantity Surveyor

Delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team and support the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities

* Manage project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts

* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation

* Monitor project expenditures and control costs to ensure budgets are met

* Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Liaise with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and clients

* Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures

Requirements:

* Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, QS or estimating software)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
