Senior Estimator(s) – Building & Civil projects
South Dublin/ Hybrid (3/2)
Salary: €120k–€130k + Attractive Package
Required for Tier-1 contractor undertaking building and civils projects nationwide to €200m including residential, Commercial, Infrastructure etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce fast, accurate cost estimates for tenders across building and civil engineering projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Ensure smooth handover of estimates to project teams.
• Monitor market trends and macro conditions to inform winning strategies.
• Mentor junior estimators and support career growth.

Requirements:
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification.
• 10+ years’ experience in building and civils estimating, ideally as a Senior Estimator.
• Experience with main contractors on Residential, RC Frame, Retail/Commercial, Civil, or Infrastructure projects.
