Senior Site Manager

A leading national housebuilder is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a brand-new residential scheme in Chippenham.

This is a key role where you will be responsible for establishing and driving the site from its early stages through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full site management responsibility from groundwork to handover

* Programme management and coordination of trades

* Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and presentation

* Manage site budgets and timelines

* Deliver excellent customer satisfaction outcomes

Requirements:

* Strong background in volume housebuilding

* Experience running sites as No.1 or Senior Site Manager

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
