Internals Site Manager – Award Winning Contractor – £15 million Sports & Leisure Project – Northamptonshire – up to £65,000 + Package
Our client is an up and coming regional main contractor with a turnover approcahing £150 million.
They are currently seeking an experienced Internals/Fit-out Site Manager to work on a £15m Sports & Leisure facility in Kettering. Packages will include, Carpentry, Dry-lining, MEP installation, Specialist Flooring, Washrooms & Changing Facilities.
Example Duties:
* Daily management of site operations and coordination of internal subcontractors.
* Monitoring programme, cost, and quality performance, reporting to senior management.
* Ensuring strict compliance with H&S standards and environmental requirements.
* Leading progress meetings, resolving on-site issues, and driving productivity.
* Promoting teamwork, safety culture, and continuous improvement.
* Coordinating site logistics, internal subcontractor activities, material deliveries, waste management.
* Conducting regular site inspections, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing quality assurance and snagging.
Candidate Requirements:
• A stable tier 1 or 2 main contracting background NO FREELANCE APPLICATIONS PLS.
• Carpentry/Trades Background.
• Strong fit-out/Internals package knowledge (Sports/Leisure project experience a bonus)
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified.
