Resident Liaison Officer Required – Externals – Southwark Region, London – Up to £32K + Travel
I am currently recruiting for the fastest growing contractor in England with 200% growth in the last 12 months who are looking to expand their RLO team to work between site and office.
The Role
The resident Liaison Officer is responsible for acting as the key point of contact between residents and the construction/project team during maintenance, refurbishment, and construction works.
This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring residents are kept fully informed, and construction works.

The role is particularly critical within social and affordable housing environments, where works are carried out in occupied properties.
Qualifications
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for site visit)
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
