Facade Designer – Cladding Contractor
Location: Dartford
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

We are working with a well-established cladding contractor based in Dartford who are looking to bring in a Facade Designer to support their growing workload. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and forward-thinking team delivering a range of facade packages across London and the South East.

The Role
You will be responsible for the design and coordination of facade systems, working closely with project teams to deliver accurate and buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Producing detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit

* Designing and developing rainscreen cladding and SFS systems

* Coordinating with internal teams, architects and external consultants

* Ensuring designs are compliant with current regulations and project specifications

* Supporting projects from concept through to installation

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in facade / cladding design

* Strong working knowledge of rainscreen cladding and SFS systems

* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

* Good understanding of construction detailing and buildability

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
