Passive Fire Protection Manager
We're working with a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality work on commercial and data centre projects across London. Due to a growing pipeline of works, they're looking for an experienced Fire Stopping Manager to take ownership of passive fire protection across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out fire stopping, compartmentation, fire door, and cavity barrier surveys
Identify defects and produce scopes of remedial works
Assist with pricing and small project delivery
Ensure compliance with IFC / FIRAS standards
Manage site activities, permits, and reporting (Bolster or similar systems)

Liaise with clients and teams, with occasional hands-on work
About You:

FIRAS or similar accredited in fire stopping

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified
Clean driving licence
Strong organisation and communication skills
Flexible to travel and work out of hoursJob Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Location: London & surrounding areas
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday + OT

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
