Walker & Sloan are working with a highly regarded regional contractor to appoint a Senior Site Manager to deliver projects across Bristol and the South West.

You’ll take full responsibility for schemes up to £6m, leading from site set-up through to completion.

🏗️ The Role

• Full responsibility for site delivery

• Managing subcontractors and site teams

• Driving programme and productivity

• Ensuring health & safety compliance

• Maintaining quality and site standards

• Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams

• Managing reporting and site documentation

✅ About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager (or strong Site Manager stepping up)

• Main contractor background

• Experience delivering £3m–£10m projects

• Strong leadership and coordination skills

• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
