Working on behalf of a leading, design-led D&B contractor with a strong reputation and repeat client base across workplace and commercial interiors.

🚀 The Opportunity

A chance to take full ownership of high-profile fit out schemes (up to £20m), leading projects from pre-construction through to completion within a well-structured, high-performing team.

🔧 The Role

• End-to-end delivery of D&B fit out projects

• Managing programme, budget and quality

• Coordinating design, commercial and site teams

• Leading client relationships and stakeholder engagement

• Driving performance across fast-paced, live environments

• Overseeing procurement and subcontractor delivery

✅ About You

• Proven experience delivering D&B fit out projects

• Strong background in commercial interiors

• Experience on projects up to £20m

• Confident client-facing and team leadership skills

• Based in or commutable to Bristol / South West
