Are you a Lead Architect or Design Manager with experience of High Risk Building (HRB) Regulations? Are you looking to work for a well established, highly respected leading Main Contractor with great career progression opportunities?

The Role

After a series of project wins an exciting opportunity has arisen at one of UK’s leading main contractors. They are looking to recruit someone from an architectural background to play a key role in their Design Compliance division. You will be leading the design team, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure the design is of high quality and fully compliant to UK Construction Regulations.

They are known for the quality of the design in their projects and are looking for a likeminded individual to join this successful team.

The Candidate

The successful individual will have worked as a Lead Architect or Design Compliance Manager or Senior Design & Build Coordinator who has taken the lead on High Risk Buildings (HRB) projects.

Previous work on Gateway 2 would be a bonus but not essential.

Key Experience

* Previously worked as a Lead Architect / Design Compliance Manager / Senior Design and Build Coordinator.

* Worked on High Risk Buildings (HRB) projects.

* Excellent IT Skills, Numeracy and Communications skills are required.

Key Accountabilities:

* Manage the design team, consultants and sub-contractors.

* Ensure all designs are compliant to UK Construction Regulations.

* Coordinate between designers and construction teams.
