Director – Building Surveying Salary & Benefits
Salary: £75,000 – £100,000 per annum (DOE)

Provide strategic leadership to the Building Surveying team in Manchester and contribute to UK‑wide technical services growth.
Lead and manage a varied portfolio of professional surveying assignments and complex client projects.
Oversee delivery of high‑quality surveying, reporting, contract administration, defect analysis, dilapidations, and other building consultancy services.
Build and nurture client relationships, drive business development and secure new work streams.
Mentor and develop team members, including associates and senior surveyors, ensuring standards of excellence and professional best practice.

MRICS qualified (essential) with strong professional credibility.
Significant experience in building surveying or technical property consultancy, with demonstrable project leadership.
Proven track record of managing complex assignments and client portfolios within a chartered practice.
Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and people leadership capabilities.
Experience in business development and client relationship management is highly desirable.
