Site Manager

kolt recruitment are looking for a site manager for a leading luxury residential developer based in the south east.

this is an opportunity to take full control of a flagship high-spec apartment scheme, delivering from groundworks through to premium fit-out. you will act as the no.1 on site, ensuring programme, quality and safety are maintained to the highest standards within a prestige build environment.

key responsibilities

* take full ownership of a luxury apartment development from start to finish

* manage programme, quality and overall site delivery as the no.1 on site

* oversee high-end finishes, materials and acoustic specifications

* coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades across all phases

* ensure full compliance with health & safety, ram’s and site procedures

* liaise with architects and engineers to resolve technical challenges

requirements

* proven experience delivering luxury apartments or high-end residential builds

* strong understanding of multi-unit developments and high-spec finishes

* confident no.1 site manager with full site ownership experience

* smsts and first aid qualified

* cscs black or gold card

* strong communication skills and professional client-facing ability
