Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

A well-established property and construction consultancy based in Birmingham is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their expanding team. This Project Manager role offers exposure to a variety of projects across residential, education, and public sector developments.

The Project Manager will be part of a supportive and experienced team, gaining hands-on involvement across all project stages. The construction Project Manager will work closely with senior colleagues while managing their own projects.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects from early feasibility through to completion. The Project Manager will coordinate consultants, manage project programmes, and ensure delivery aligns with client requirements.

The Project Manager will also support procurement, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

The Project Manager will ideally have:

Experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy
Degree in project management, construction, or a related field
Working towards MRICS, MAPM or equivalent
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersYou must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
