Quantity Surveyor

A well established cost consultancy are looking to add a motivated Quantity Surveyor to their team in Holborn London.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working closely with the and Director, the Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on Leisure and Hospitality, Mixed Use, Office and Commercial, Residential & Retail projects, delivering schemes from inception through to completion, with support from the wider team.

With this role there is a clear progression pathway to Senior and eventually Associate Director!

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Public sector experience would be ideal
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Good pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£50,000 – £60,000
