Senior Quantity Surveyor

A 5+ year Quantity Surveyor, is now needed by a professional Cost Consultancy to join their team in Liverpool Street.

Hybrid working is available for the Quantity Surveyor.

This role is to work for a private practice, who operate within the Commercial and Mixed Use sectors, allowing their Quantity Surveyors the exposure across multiple clients.
 
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
 
You will join a team of 58 employees, with 15 Quantity Surveyors, and you will immediately be running the pre and post contract handling of projects ranging between £1m – £30m.

You will be working with some of the most well known end clients in their respective industries.

Based from the Liverpool Street office, you will be needed in the office 3 days a week, with home working being offered.
 
The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS not essential, but ambition to reach is preferred
Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
Quantity Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience preferred
Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
Pre and post contract knowledge
Understanding within the £1M – £30M contract values In Return?

£50,000 – £60,000
