Freelance Site Manager – CAT B Fit Out

10–12 Week Contract
Design & Build Specialist (£50m turnover)

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a short-term project based in Monument, London, working for a well-established Design & Build fit-out contractor with an annual turnover of circa £50m.

Project Details:

* Single-floor project

* Initial 2 weeks demolition

* Followed by a 10-week CAT B office fit-out

* Fast-paced, well-organised programme

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day site management and coordination

* Managing subcontractors and programme delivery

* Maintaining H&S standards on site

* Liaising with the project team and client representatives

* Ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Asbestos Awareness

* Proven experience delivering CAT B commercial fit-outs
