Mechanical Supervisor – Commercial Refurb Project
Location: Watford
Duration: Approx. 12 months

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee a team of plumbers on a major commercial refurbishment project based at Watford Town Hall.

This is a long-term opportunity working on a full strip-out and rebuild, involving complete mechanical installations from first fix through to final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising and coordinating a team of plumbers on site

* Overseeing full 1st and 2nd fix mechanical installations

* Managing installation of copper press/express pipework systems

* Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Liaising with site management and other trades to maintain project flow

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role

* Strong background in commercial refurbishment projects

* Hands-on knowledge of copper press/express pipework systems

* Ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively

* Relevant qualifications and tickets (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday

* 8:00am – 5:00pm
